Super fast after hours callback to discuss my hot water heater replacement needs and the next day the tech Jeremy was also Fantastic. Super knowledgeable and was super clean and organized. I called them on Saturday, December 20 when my water heater completely stopped working, and they came out the very next day with the owner himself. Even though they had a slightly different model available, they removed the old non-functioning unit and suggested coming back the following day to complete the job properly. I asked if they could return Christmas Eve morning, and they happily accommodated. Throughout the entire process they were thorough, extremely courteous, communicative about warranties and maintenance tips, and their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of work was excellent, and I felt informed every step of the way. What I really appreciated was that John was wiling to give me an estimate right away, since we knew already pretty sure what was wrong, when several others I contacted wouldn't be willing to even give me an estimated range of the cost for replacement of the pump, without come to see first (with fee of course) Jeremy and his buddy were here doing the replacement of the sewage pump. They arrived promptly and did pretty good job and very quickly, since it would be a very messy and nasty work, we wouldn't like to do it ourselves. The work comes with one year full warranty and 3 year warranty for the pump.
