The technician was here for hours—not only because I talked his ear off 😄, but because he genuinely took the time to do things right. He showed us the wear on our unit, explained what was going on, and got it running as efficiently as possible so we can safely buy ourselves some time while we save for a replacement. They went above and beyond by also draining our water heater and using a specialized tool to stir up and fully remove sediment from the bottom—something no one else has ever done for us before. They provided clear quotes for the parts we’ll eventually need, walked us through options for new units when the time comes, and even offer financing, which we really appreciated. There was zero pressure—just honest information and options. The owner himself came by, and we loved getting to know him. He’s a Christian, and his wife is a realtor—fun connection since I’m a realtor as well—and they were both incredibly kind and professional. Izzy’s has also serviced my husband’s business and did such a great job there that he hired them for our home too. They handle both commercial and residential, pricing was very affordable, and the quality of work was outstanding. This is absolutely a company we’ll continue to use, and we look forward to working with them again when we’re ready to replace our unit. Within a week of calling Izzy’s I had my heater in my home workshop installed. And it only took that long because I didn’t get around to confirming timing with him earlier.
