Of all of the furniture places in my area Gary at Italmoda had the best pricing all around. Purchasing at Italmoda was easy and they have a fantastic delivery set up service. About a month or so in, I noticed a minor snafu with the zipper on one of the cushions. I reached out to Gary and he handled the whole thing for me. I sent him the cushion and he sent out a replacement straightaway. I super appreciate him going out of his way to remediate the issue. Now everything is resolved and I am enjoying my beautiful couch. Upon delivery, I noticed that one of the chairs had a minor dent on a leg. I called Italmoda store and they asked me to email pictures of the issue to their customer service. They did not even ask me one single question - their reply was simple: we will replace it; you will be contacted to with a delivery date. The replacement was quick and hassle-free. A great experience and I now have an Italian dining set!
