He cleaned our units and gave me good advice. I was having trouble turning one of the units we recently installed off ie., the remote would only work some of the time so he helped me. He has an excellent personality and spoke to me thoroughly about the service plans in a very careing manner. I had wished he was here to explain this before we decided on the install. He didn't make me feel like I was another job or wasting his time. I appreciate Island comfort working with us and hope them a successful future. Although the maintenance and warranty discussion was overlooked in the previous install and no discussion was had until after, I must say this; the installation was done well and these men were focused on the work and not on chit chat or wasting company time. You have good employees. I would very much like to continue to work with your company in the future. I do recommend that all pertinent information be disclosed before hand and I can respect the importance of your business. Called at 8:45a on Monday, had my info taken down, and scheduled a service for the following day for a technician to arrive between noon and 4p. Great! Appx 4hrs later, I receive a call from this business advising me that I should have whoever installed the system come and maintain it as any services provided could void my warranty. I explained that I bought my home with the system already installed and that I already had 2 services provided by a different company and that I was willing to pay for the maintenance. I was then told that they were booked up until April and that there was a misunderstanding with the person who I made the appointment through earlier who was on the mainland.
