On December 3rd, I had a Whole House Plumbing Inspection completed by TPL – Mark Robinson, and once again the service was impeccable. Mark is the definition of a clean-cut, professional service tech. He communicated his ETA by both text and phone call, arrived exactly as scheduled, and carried himself with the same integrity and expertise I’ve come to expect from this company. He performed the inspection strategically—minimizing water shut-off time to the home—and handled each step with precision. Mark drained and refilled the hybrid water heater, confirmed the hot water recovery was performing perfectly, and thoroughly inspected the water heater, water softener, Flow-Tech conditioning system, and every shut-off valve throughout the home (laundry room, kitchen, master bath sinks, toilets, showers, jetted tub, and guest bath). He also provided a clear written estimate for replacing both of my 11-year-old toilets, offering three solid options to consider. He also replaced the ancient hot and cold water valves, found and fixed the source of the leak, and installed a Flow-Tech water conditioning system—a non-ion exchange solution that prevents scale buildup without the maintenance or slippery feel of traditional softeners. Joseph’s communication was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and is scheduled to return to complete the whole-house system with a DUO Softener & Carbon Filter.
