Dave was fantastic to work with! Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he also took the lead with the water mitigation, pack out, photographing and compiling a list of all the damaged items and cleaning of the rugs & upholstery. In this very stressful situation for us, his experience and communication put us at ease. The technicians were also very good, professional and performed high-quality work. We are very pleased with the service we received. It wasn’t until the water was coming through the kitchen ceiling lights that I realized what had happened. I’ve never had to deal with this amount of flooding and didn’t know where to start. A neighbor recommended Indy Roof & Restoration for water mitigation and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They came out that day and started drying out the floors and walls. They stayed in contact throughout the whole process, were very attentive, and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any water damage. What should have been a straight forward siding and gutter project extended beyond a year due to repeated material and installation errors, along with ongoing communication issues and a lack of follow-through to properly resolve concerns. Unfortunately, within three months of completion, we began noticing siding pieces that were not properly secured. After all the difficulties we experienced throughout the project to the very end, we do not feel confident in contacting the company to address these problems. We cannot recommend Indy Roof & Restoration based on this awful experience. - 3/5 — Anonymous No one wants to need a roof replaced, but Bryan Brown worked so well with our insurance company to get as much as possible for us and our home. I can't recommend him enough. On the day of our roof replacement, the crew was quick and we are so happy with the end results. There were some clerical errors on what needed done on our property, but those were eventually resolved. The cleanup after the work was completed was done poorly. There were over 2 dozen nails/screws left around my house. The crew came back out and cleaned up after being asked to do so, but there were still areas that were noted that they did not clean. I understand that, with the volume of nails used and needed, there will be some left behind. But, this needed more attention and care. Edit: After my job was completed, there were still so many things I needed help with, and the communication from IRR to me was poor. In nearly a 2 month wait from the completion of my project to when I received the final check from insurance, I only had successful contact with my representative, Bryan, one time. I'm happy to have a new roof, but I am all around disappointed at the communication. Mark was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with from the beginning. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy to understand without any pressure.
