  Thank you so much. We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding work on our whirlpool washer. Your technician, Edgar, was incredibly skilled,  took the time to explain the issue in detail. He and Charles (manager/owner) were very helpful in resolving and getting it repaired as quickly as was possible. We truly couldn't be more grateful and will be a repeat customer! And, definitely recommend In Home Appliance.

  I highly recommend Charles and his crew. I left him a message and he promptly returned my call and were in my home at 9am the next morning. In the past 2 years they have assessed thr problem(s),fixed my dryer, stove, and dishwasher. They were professional and cleaned up after their selves. No fuss, no muss. His prices are very reasonable.

  My technician's name was Edgar and he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product.  The refrigerator was an older model and it was repaired perfectly.  The cost was reasonable, the service is professional, and they worked within my schedule. I am very satisfied with In-Home Appliance repair and I will use them again in the future should the need arise!

  They were very helpful, quick to figure out the issue and fix it. The technician answered all questions we had and got our dryer running in no time. I will highly recommend this place to anyone having problems with their appliances and I'll sure keep them on top of my list if I have anyother issues with appliances.

  In Home Appliance Repair and Service is a great company. I’m new to Rio Rancho and called several companies before them. Unfortunately many companies do not like working on LG appliances. Charles answered promptly asked about my issue and sent a technician within an hour. I have LG appliances and they were able to fix the issue quickly. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know. If you are looking for a quick response with honest work these are your guys. Call them you won’t be disappointed.
