(do NOT work with Adrian Nelson- sales rep) *They will only contact you promptly if you chargeback your payment for incomplete services rendered. ---------- August 26, 2025, paid $845 total for EV charger installation WITH permitting from city, The company did the EV Charger installation WITHOUT permitting, thus placing my house at risk with the city, home insurance, and possibly me and my wife's life in danger if not done correctly. I reached out countless times to the sales representative Adrian Nelson but was left on read and ghosted-- I was under the impression permitting was going to be done, and I would not have known it was not done but I kept contacting City department, and they said no attempt has been made to permit since 09/30/2025. Now in February 2026, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company now, as I have an illegal charger installed because their failure to complete the permitting. I also emailed with escalation to management, but nobody had contacted us. Surprisingly, 3 minutes after filing a chargeback with our credit card company, we receive a phone call from In-Charge trying to tell us that the charger and permitting is happening. Few hours later, Sales Rep Adrian Nelson contacts saying he is doing the permitting. This is 5 months late, and again our house, lives, insurance policy is at stake, and they ignored the problem until a charge back. - 5/5 — Anonymous Evan provides excellent service and easy to understand information concerning our Generac generator. I have complete confidence we are ready for anything now. In-Charge electric is always response and easy to deal with. Protecting our investment with their maintenance plan was well worth the money! - 5/5 — Anonymous We installed a total of 8 new ceiling fans and swapped 2. The swapped ones were the most challenging not due to Dorian (InCharge person) knowledge, but the complexity involved. The 8 new installs were a breeze for Dorian, but where I appreciated InCHarge was on the 2 swap complexity ones where Dorian had to come 3 times. InCharge was patient, friendly and all they wanted is how to help me get the job done and there is when you know you got a keeper customer service oriented company.
