It had literally dropped from the ceiling mount and was hanging by the wires. After waiting a month for a different company to do the job I called In Charge yesterday and today it is fixed properly. It was improperly hung when the house was built. Being a Navy electrician and watching Zack I feel he is an outstanding electrician with a great future ahead of him. In Charge definitely has there stuff together. He showed up early and got the job done quickly. Life is expensive right now, however I feel the fee for this appropriate and fair!
