The owner of Ignite showed up late in the day to put together a quote for replacement. The new furnace arrived 36 hours later, with the team at my front door at 0830, they proceeded to let me know what they plan was, put down floor covering and went to work. 4 hours later, we had heat! They removed and hauled away the old furnace, and left everything cleaner then the found it! Another bonus, which may not seem like a lot, but they shoveled my walk. Isaac, the owner, was really involved right from the start and it felt like he truly cared about getting us up and running quickly. The pricing for the replacement seemed really reasonable compared to what I'd heard other people paid, but we were still concerned about affording it. Isaac helped us contact MVAC to set up working with them - literally stood there with me and called a contact he knows on speakerphone so I didn't have to make the call on my own -which I really felt was above and beyond. The guy who installed our new furnace (I can't remember his name unfortunately) came the day after Christmas and got it done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly too! They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as well, which isn't always the case with repair people. Isaac has remained involved personally to ensure everything was running properly.
