On a SUNDAY -Curtis and Cathy came to my home within an hour or so and immediately started to work removing the water, some damaged drywall etc. Very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and the follow-up and monitoring was top notch. Curtis was able to save the wood floor that was impacted by water in my kitchen that spans the entire 1st floor. It took a few weeks to dry but his methodical patience and experience came through. A lot of therapeutic sharing and self- disclosure occurred. They were very reassuring about their ability to resolve this situation. An estimate was provided, and I made the decision to have them move forward with the work. The effort and energy put into their work was clearly amazing. I contacted I-Dry for cleanup of this mess. They promptly came out and looked at the problem and gave me an estimate to do the job. The next week they came to do the job. Curtis and his assistant took everything off the shelves which surround the entire large basement. They cleaned up all the mouse droppings, disinfected the shelves and put everything back on the shelves. They also removed some carpets and dry wall and metal brackets. My basement looks great. It also smells fresh and clean. They were prompt, polite and friendly. I would totally recommend this company for any major cleanup you need. They came out quickly, provided honest feedback to what needed and did not need done. Curtis and Cathryn were very thorough in their inspection. Curtis explained everything he was doing as he was inspecting the areas in question. Once they began the job, they were very informational when they'd be arriving/leaving and were quick to respond to texts/emails. They completed mold remediation in a bedroom and bathroom, and were very respectful of our space. Curtis and another gentleman moved all furniture and belongings (and there was a lot) in the basement to pull up the carpet and replace with vinyl laminate flooring, as well as set up the carpeting for the basement steps. Curtis also alerted me to a sump pump issue in the laundry room, and I was thankful for that as well. IDry provided excellent, quality work and I would use them again and highly recommend their services.
