Bryan is one of the few contractors whose ethics I have never questioned. I feel safe with him generaling my jobs. He was honest and upfront in his communications. I HIGHLY recommend. I had a 2000 sqft heated patio installed by Bryan and his team and he had an engineer sign-off on our design, on his own dime, and made sure that I was completely confident in the system he was installing. I am not usually a person who leaves reviews good or bad, but I am very happy with the service I received and felt a review was necessary. My hot water heater went out the day I was getting ready to go out of town on a business trip. I consider myself a somewhat handy or mechanically capable person and told my wife I would fix it when I got back, because I was pretty sure it was just the thermocouple. Very big mistake on my part, men, don't tell your wives you're going to fix something when you get back if it's something like a Hot water heater. Once I got back started trying to fix the hot water heater, with no success. My wife was already very frustrated after going two days without hot water and I was definitely in over my head. I called Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air on a Friday afternoon. It was late, but I explained the situation, and they let me know that they would get me taken care of right away. Within a couple hours they had had a tech out to our house and working on our hot water heater. The tech that came out was Cohlton, very knowledgeable and quick and helpful. I told him what I thought was the problem after explored that and used a few tricks of the trade ruled out my theory. Then they gave me the news no homeowner wants to hear, my hot water heater could be fixed, but most likely was better off being replaced. Our hot water heater was old, so I understand it was overdue and ready to be replaced. Cohlton, was very helpful with explaining the options and educating me on their products and what they could do. I didn't feel pressured or that I was being steered in any particular any particular direction. All in all it was a very good experience. They didn't have the particular model of the hot water heater I wanted, but he had a good working relationship with his distributor called them up and explained the situation and got the hot water heater. He told me that he could do it that night if I wanted him to or he could come back over first thing in the morning and replace it. Cohlton came back over first thing on Saturday morning and had it replaced and ready to go within an hour. They called me back with a fallow up call soon after and I told them how happy I was with our experience. My wife was so thrilled. She was in the kitchen and started making a commotion and I asked her what was going on she said I am so happy to have hot running water again. The Hot water heater we chose definitely outperforms our old one. When all four people in the house have showered and guests have showered, we aren't running out of hot water anymore.
