You have made my yard secure again and you did it efficiently and beautifully & it was affordable. Thanks to my crew: Jed, Colton, James & Philly, also anyone else that was here helping out. From Paul coming to bid out the job, the crew tearing out and removal all the way to completion, everyone was professional and so helpful. You did great work! You were respectful of my yard and plants, I greatly appreciate the effort. THANK YOU! - 1/5 — Anonymous Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service At first glance, our vinyl fence looked nice, but the problems quickly started showing. Almost the entire backside of the fence is 5-6 inches above ground and up to 7 inches above the ground in some spots. The front gate is 5-6 inches above the ground. This completely defeats the purpose of getting a fence for our kids and dogs, plus we want a puppy and that's out of the question — small pets can easily get under it, and our young children can’t safely play outside without supervision. Part of the back fence is along a road so thats especially not safe for our family. On top of that, panels are already falling off, and I can’t reattach them myself. The fence is ONLY THREE MONTHS OLD and it’s already falling apart. It took a long time to get through to anyone when we needed a post fixed, and now I can’t get a call back at all. The one time I did reach someone, they cut me off mid sentence, were rude about my "complaint" and just forwarded my call — I never got a call back. We spent a lot of money on this fence, money we honestly couldn’t afford to waste, because we truly needed it for our family. Instead, it’s been a VERY EXPENSIVE NIGHTMARE. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! - 5/5 — Anonymous Idaho Fence did a WONDERFUL job on our fence!! To the crew of David, John and Jay.....GREAT job and THANK YOU 😊. Also want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Ben and his crew on the initial startup....GREAT job😊. And last but least to Paul and Justin for all their help and work😊... GREAT job!! I highly recommend Idaho Fence as it was a pleasure working with them.
