  I was connected to I&C Power through a third party warranty company. The experience was great from start to finish. Rachel contacted me to schedule my appointment and was very friendly and helpful. On the day of my appointment I was contacted by Daniel who was assigned to my appointment. He contacted me when he was about 20 minutes out. He was very professional and friendly. They replaced our broken light fixture very quickly, left no mess, and made sure everything was in working order. Before leaving they made sure I had no questions or concerns. Highly recommend and will/would return again if needed.

  Joshua was outstanding to work with. He’s always in a great mood, extremely fast, and very experienced. He quickly figured out the issue and completed the job, keeping me informed the entire time and clearly explaining what was going on. Highly recommend his work.

  Had them install a EV charger in my home. Did a phenomenal job. Very very impressed with the crew and the price and everything about them. Just very very professional. Recommend them to anybody

  Incredibly unreliable company. Didn't show up for the estimate and had to reschedule and the lady that answered the phone laughed about it...I didnt think it was funny. Then didnt show up to do the work and had to reschedule again. It put my remodeling project back about a week and they seemed to have no issues wasting mine or the other contractors time. They did 45 minutes of work here using all wiring and switches I supplied and it costed $500. The inspector came once and said everything looked okay then 3 weeks later I was told the inspector needed to come back again for some unknown reason and when I explained I was out of town for 3 weeks they continued to demand to come over even though the home was locked and there wasn't going to be anyone here to let them in. To this day I have no idea why a second inspection was needed or if the inspection was ever truly completed. Very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate company. I would not hire them again.

  The company did a great job of scheduling my appointment at a time that was convenient to me.  Joshua the electrician called and sent a text before he arrived.  Finished all the work I requested quickly and double checked everything he did.  One of the very best experiences I have had in a very long time!  Thank you so much.
