His name is Patrick and he was very, very knowledgeable. He was very professional! I cannot recommend him highly enough, and whatever company he is working for. I very much liked their maintenance plan. He explained it very well and we purchased it. When I called to ask questions and schedule an assessment, the representative was very pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as both of our schedules allowed. Eric came out to assess the job and was very polite and made recommendations that would be long term solutions as opposed to a quick-fix. A couple days later Jessie and Ram came out to do the repairs. They were just as pleasant. No mess left behind and Jessie explained everything he was doing and showed me how clogged my vents were. All in all, great experience, fair prices and reasonable scheduling.
