Doing work at Subway on Powell and SE 12th. - 1/5 — Anonymous Last week, under the direction of CMI, Hunter-Davisson started installation process of a new boiler in the basement of the condominium which I reside. I reported the below security violations to on 7/23. The following day, our lock was off and doors taped again. I called HD and spoke with Tanner. He addressed my concerns, said that their project managers were in a meeting, but would return my call. My call was never returned. I did, however document and make reports of our lock off 7/25, 7/28 and 7/31. When I purchased the building, I continued service with them. Last summer, when the heat got crazy, the AC stopped working and they couldn’t get anyone out there for 3 weeks. I opted to call a different company, who was there same day and they fixed it. Hunter-Davisson showed up 4 days later, without letting me know and after I told them I don’t need them to come out. They did not do anything, as the unit had already been repaired by someone else. They sent me a bill for “fixing the unit” which I obviously refused to pay. They stopped doing the usual services we have scheduled without notifying me. After 8 months, my tenant informed me they haven’t been coming to do the maintenance. The level of unprofessionalism to stop performing a service that we are in contract for without mentioning it is unbelievable. Overall, the company has miserable management and customer service in my experience.
