I found Lovie to have extremely high customer service skills. It was a complicated job in needing to coordinate Hugee’s work with that of DC water contractors who were inconsistent with the timing of the pipe work. Hugee was extremely accommodating with scheduling to get the air conditioner moved in time so the pipe work could occur and was extremely flexible in accommodating the reinstall. Moreover Andre and the other technicians were skilled, ultimate professionals as they did the work in my house. Hugee made a bad situation with DC Water so much better with their very high level of service on the air conditioner. I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could.
