  All visits from Home Serve were great. But the last technician, Clint was was phenomenal. He corrected something that no one else corrected. My system is working like it's supposed to work. I am very appreciative and thankful for the service rendered by technician Clint. His customer service was phenomenal.🙂

  In response to our call, HomeServe sent a repairman within 2 hours on a very, very cold day. He methodically and carefully checked our system with a calmness that surprised me.

After about 15-20 minutes, he decided that we need a new pump; which he installed within minutes and showed us the faulty pump which we took with him.

I have nothing but praise for the HomeServe service that we received on that freezing-cold morning.

I assume that the service charges were included in our HomeServe contract (which I recommend).

  Had 3 technicians here at 3 different date & time & they weren`t able to repair. it was steam vent that was cracked in radiator in one of my bedrooms& water running slowly into my kitchen cabinets at different days depending on heat temp. Repair not covered even though it was a heating system repair
