I called Home Team and they promptly scheduled a diagnostic meeting with Jimmy and Angel. They were able to give me a thorough explanation of the damage with a very reasonable quote for the repairs. They were able to schedule the work the next day and brought two additional coworkers Gio and Boni. They were all great and worked together as a team. They were all friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They brought the right equipment including scaffolding to reach 19 foot high ceilings. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely recommend their services. They will be my goto and only electrician in the future. - 5/5 — Anonymous So I had the privilege of having Josh service an issue I had with my kitchen lights. I had used another electrician a year ago to fix the same issue I have now but their approach, in retrospect, was more of a bandaid fix rather than a solution. So when Josh came over, the frst thing I noticed was how friendly he was. Second, he kept things clean. He wore shoe covers, rolled out red carpet mats, placed plastic sheets over everything so stuff doesn't get dirty. I let him know my problem and he did a full diagnostic to see what the root of the issue was rather than just doing a quick fix. He let me know the situation up front, gave me several pricing options, and then proceeded to do the job. He even did an inspection throughout the house and showed me a few issues that are potential safety issues. As a side note, I live in a community where the builders tend to focus production speed ober quality. Anyway, Josh, and later his team,(David and Brett came later) did a fabulous job and I'll definitely be giving them a call again to take care of the other issues. Carlos came out and got to work pretty quickly. We appreciated his use of booties and mats to protect our home surfaces. As he started to check out our other plugs, he showed us how poorly wired our outlets were! Carlos worked with us to reassess the job and gave us a bundled price because it was going to become a whole house job. We also asked for an extra plug in our bathroom, which he also added. Carlos is very knowledgeable, very experienced and he arranged for more team members to assist in what turned out to be a big job. Brett, Oscar and Gio arrived and set to work. All were efficient, professional and helpful. Because of all the faulty wiring, it will be a two day job, but they worked in the dark for us!
