  These guys were able to come out the day we started experiencing a plumbing emergency…which turned out to be a septic emergency. Walter was kind, informative, and honest, and he referred us to a septic company that came out the next day to solve our problem. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  CJ was very friendly and responsive. He kept me up to date with his arrival time. Even though it was late he took the time to give me tips on how to get ready for the coldest night of our winter. CJ is a perfect example of what customer service is supposed to look like.

  TLDR: CJ and everyone who I met through Home Pros were incredibly nice. They were thorough with finding the exact cause of our plumbing problem and fixing it in a cost efficient manner.

I had received other estimates from another company that stated that my pipes were too damaged and needed replacing, and their quotes were ranging ~$10.000. CJ with Home Pros was right in guessing that the other company was making the estimates based off of suspicion, and checked the pipes with a camera. He found that they were fine and just had a clog. He saved me a ton of headache and money by doing his job well and working to find the actual problem.
