I truly appreciate them and their ability to truly care about their workmanship. Dan was not pushy like most sales people, make a deal today and we will knock additional monies off, none of those gimmicks. Nick and crew were very much attention to detail and I was concerned due to just having new windows and I thought the window guys did a great job although after Nick was done, I was even more impressed he heard my concerns and said don't worry you are in good hands, it will look even better. Frank was another direct contact and stopped by to hear me, bring materials. He was golden, he was the true MVP throughout this process for us ✨️ There was not a single person who didn't shine in their own way during this project. Thats what good teams are made of, everyone coming together. Our project took longer than expected and I was flustered BUT I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL they did not rush. The final project is beautiful. Thank you home exteriors team, we plan to use them in the future for other items. They did the black fascia around the home, the black gutters and black soffit. I needed to have my porch posts replaced along with the base section of the chimney repaired and rebuilt. They came in with a very competitive quote. The entire process from job quote to job completion was effortless and stress-free. My salesperson, Ken Bildson was very professional and not at all pushy for me to accept his bid. The assigned project manager, Frank Raburn kept in touch with me regarding the allocated job date, to ensure the scheduled date was ok for me. The crew was extremely professional from their mannerisms to work ethics, they were present on-site first thing in the morning to prep for the day. They did the job meticulously and went above and beyond. They double checked all their work and explained to me what they were doing along with happily answering any curiosity driven questions I had. This honestly came as a surprise to me as most construction crews don’t really like being spoken to. At various points in the job, I noticed that they would go the extra step by touching-up or quickly repairing any issues which were not part of their job scope. This spoke volumes about them and I really appreciated the gesture as it reassured me that this crew truly cared about me and my home. They were also able to accommodate a very last minute request for me, which was super nice of them! They made sure to clean up all the debris after the job was done.
