We are restoring a historical home. They have become a blessing to us. They know their business and deliver first rate service. They are professional, the crews are polite and the quality of the equipment is outstanding. We previously had someone else install the system in the home. The first floor system had to be completely replaced by Holder as it had major problems. The size of vents were wrong, the air distribution was all wrong, the piping was installed in a flimsy manner, the thermostat was the wrong one so stage 4 of the system would not work, the size of the ductwork was wrong, we had disconnected duct work blowing the air or heat into the ground, we had connections at the vents not taped and secured, some duct work was pinched etc... A complete mess. We now have the proper system in the home and we will get quality years from it. The old/new system would have caused stress and strain that would have shortened the life of the machinery. With the way the trades are today, pick a quality contractor. Choose Travis and Holder Service Company. Travis and Caleb have complete knowledge of the technical aspects of HVAC. They have an incredible understanding of their profession that wasn't obtained by a quick course. He was by within the hour to come out and bid our job, and had it ready next day. When they showed up to start this job, they were prompt, efficient, and some of the most friendly people to come do a job for us. Blake, Ben, and Caleb are great people and even harder workers!
