He says, "5 stars, everyone was just perfect!" From the swift response when our furnace went out, to the end result, we couldn't have asked for better service. In these frigid temps, they even replaced our AC unit! There were 4 different employees at our home, and every one of them was simply wonderful. They were even great with our dog! My home was left clean, neat and undamaged. If I wouldn't have known that the furnace and AC unit were replaced, "I wouldn't have known." Simply FANTASTIC SERVICE, for which we are so thankful! - 5/5 — Scott Thatcher I had Ryan and Corbin come out to replace and haul away my furnace and AC. These guys were very friendly and worked swiftly, but diligently. They arrived in the early morning and we finished up by mid afternoon. Ryan took time to show me how to use the new thermostat and explained thoroughly. Overall, their work looks great and my house is back to being warm. - 5/5 — Deb Phillips Our technician Earl was very knowledgeable. When he came back to install our 80 gallon, commercial, "Bradford White" hot water heater Norbert and another younger technician were very helpful in removing the old tank with no mess at all and taking the tank away. All 3 worked very well together to complete the install. The total time to uninstall the old and install the new was only 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to all 3 technicians, you did a GREAT job! - 5/5 — Krystal Drennon As I continued HL Bowman customer, Rob did a fantastic job! He was thorough and explained everything to his knowledge for my issue with my toilet. I even saved money from the original estimated quote due to his expertise. I'm a very satisfied customer and will be returning for all my plumbing and heating repairs. Please treat your team to a luncheon as they deserve it! They help provide excellent customer service and customer experience! 😊 Thank you again for all your hard work! ## Portfolio https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/10843/gallery-b9b637530a12.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/10843/gallery-0e5a2a7c21e6.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/10843/gallery-85974dd9df88.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/10843/gallery-c9ae9339a40b.webp ## FAQ **Q: What areas does HL Bowman Inc serve for plumbing, heating, and AC services?** A: HL Bowman Inc proudly serves Central Pennsylvania, including locations like Harrisburg, Reading, Bethlehem, Lebanon, New Cumberland, and York, as well as New England.
