They came, identified the problems, and promised the work would be done in 1–2 days. We agreed on a price, and I expected a straightforward repair. Instead, the repairs took five full days—leaving gaping holes in my walls covered only with cardboard. When they finally returned, they caused visible wall damage, left debris everywhere, and two of the three units still didn’t work. The unit in my bedroom was still noisy (which they were supposed to fix). When I called to discuss the situation with the owner, Beanie, he was extremely combative, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Instead of resolving anything, he made the situation worse. To top it all off, one of the units they reinstalled had a gas leak because they didn’t connect it correctly. That is a serious safety hazard. This company is not only unprofessional but dangerous. The technicians lied about the work, the owner is hostile, and the overall experience was beyond unacceptable. A human answers the phone when you call. The office staff quickly provided a COI for my building manager and gave me a next-day appointment with only a 2-hour arrival window. The office called to give 15 min heads-up of their arrival, as promised. Two well-dressed, polite, clean men showed up within the appointment window. They removed my old window a/c unit and plexiglass and replaced it with my own identical new one, replaced and re-sealed plexis in under one half hour. Their price was within my tight budget. I checked with other companies to do this job but they were all real rude jerks and scoffed at or blocked me by text after hearing my budget. These people were friendly, professional, quick, and the price was among the lowest I found and much fairer than many. They will dispose your old unit to the dump for an extra fee if needed.
