Carlos was fantastic, very communicative throughout the entire repair. Unfortunately, the repair required removing lots of rocks and digging quite a bit to find where the leak was. Prior to doing any work, Carlos provided me with three different options for the repair and provided the costs for each option. He sent along videos and pictures of the damaged area so that I could provide them to the insurance. Carlos had everything required to complete the necessary repair, and left the area in a good state. He also confirmed that all the water was back on and functioning as expected.
