  It never happened before, and it may not ever happen again, but our home was flooded by Hurricane Helene in 2024, and it took 4 months to restore our house and replace our furnishings.   All the sand bags and hydro barriers that we had in place had failed.  We needed to do something more before the 2025 storm season. We had Hightide Home Pros install Garrison Hammerhead Aluminum Flood Barriers to a height that would have blocked Helene’s floodwater.  Hightide completed the installation in one day, then showed us how to set them up, take them down, and helped us to store them away. Since then, we practiced all this by ourselves again.  We recommend you call Hightide Home Pros to install yours before next storm season.

  High Tide is represented by an outstanding team. Mike Fisher was incredibly responsive and gave us a clear, accurate picture of what to expect with our roof replacement. Oscar and his crew arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and kept everything remarkably clean throughout the entire ONE-DAY project. Now we have a roof that meets the highest standards—and we couldn’t be happier!

Diana kept communication consistent until our claim was approved and made sure everything moved smoothly.
