They installed a top tier AC, furnace, and heating unit (heat pump). In addition they put in a humidifier and air purifier. The technology installed with my unit is excellent and very user friendly. We decided to upgrade the entire AC and Furnace system since the AC was unrepairable. I solicited 3 quotes and although there was another quote comparable to High Country HVAC's quote, their professionalism and responsiveness won me over! Am I'm sure glad I went with them. JC is kind and very educating. He even filled out all my rebate paperwork for me, making everything a breeze. Toby and Josh installed the system. They worked very long hours the first day in order to ensure we had working AC that first night. It was also this first day of install that we unexpectedly found out we would need to put our dog down the following day. We chose in home euthanasia, which ended up being on the second day of our install. Toby was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made sure they were out of the house and gave us much needed space during that difficult event. I am very grateful for that.
