They were so far up my bumper I could see the clear shadow of my seats on my dashboard. I was very tempted to tap my brakes (I did not), but the moment I managed to get out of that lane, they barely went faster than me. Then, on the tollway, they decided to get everyone out of their way by being right up their bumper again! If any of them had so much as tapped their brakes, there would have been significant damage. Attached are the photos of the van I managed to get at stoplights. This was before the tollway, on Waukegan Road in Northbrook. Absolutely appalling behavior.
