I can always trust them to fairly and honestly tell me what they would recommend I should do, when it comes to maintaining our systems. A competitor of there’s had told me that my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced. Scott McNutt came to my home to inspect and quote me. Scott inspected my furnace and said he could not find a crack but did not have tools to do a more thorough test. He was able to arrange to have David Scott come out the same day and complete a combustion test on my existing furnace. After a careful and thorough inspection and two separate combustion tests David was able to confirm that the heat exchanger was not cracked and that while my furnace was older (14 years) it was still fully functional and safe. The patience, honesty, and care for me as the consumer were far above and beyond anything I could have expected.
