Two other HVAC companies had performed diagnostics on our non-working Heat Pump. Company "A" said it was the compressor and the electrical panel - $12,000 to repair. Company "B" (who installed the unit) gave the same diagnostics but said $5000 to repair, though they recommended that we replace the inside and outside unit at a cost of over $20,000. Kim at Hentkowski used the serial number on our unit and determined that we were still under warranty for parts. John's diagnostics concluded that it was only the electronics. He did the repair and the unit is running better than it has in years. I highly recommend Hentkowski, Inc.
