I ended up speaking with Joe, the owner, and we really appreciated how he went above and beyond for us. His team was slammed all day Monday for calls that were scheduled or that already came in before us, so Joe personally made time to come to my house after 5 pm to fix our toilet. While this is not something we would ever expect an owner to do, my wife and I really appreciated Joe going above and beyond for us to make sure our issue was resolved on the same day we called. Instead of just fixing things and sending me a bill, they try to educate me so that I can save money in the future by fixing small things myself. Yesterday, our gas line was installed flawlessly and at a responsible, competitive cost. The installers were extremely knowledgeable. They unpacked our new range to find the owners manual. With it, they located the appropriate placement for the gas gauge wall-install. They also installed my half-bath toilet. Service was prompt and professional. I called them and a nice lady answered the phone and set a appointment to have them come out bc they came very highly recommended by Koehler rep himself. The nice lady worked with my schedule and called me to confirm the day before. I appreciated the reminder. the two guys they sent out were right on time and very respectful, clean and when they saw the problem they were very well informed. Parts needed to be ordered and they said the office would call shortly to reschedule. Within a few days the nice lady called me to schedule the service and again worked with my busy schedule. Today the same two men showed up prepared with everything they needed. Once again right on time. I never heard a peep from them as they worked in the bathroom non stop until the job was done and done right. I really was impressed with everyone (especially the two plumbers) that I dealt with. this is a great company with great people and great processes.
