They came out to do work on two toilets. It was discovered that the main gas line was corroded to the point of possibly causing a BIG problem. Todd's team was then hired to replace what was a really bad pipe. This is not an easy or inexpensive job. Todd's guys came out, dug everything up, and replaced the pipe. The most impressive part was that after digging up the grass, everything was put back together as if nothing had ever happened. In addition, items such as pavers were also returned perfectly. Finally, the team made sure that everything which uses gas in the house - stove, water heater, floor heater - were working/and had pilot lights lit - before leaving. Todd has been running a really good family biz for a long time with guys who have been with him for many, many years, and I greatly appreciate their work. - 1/5 — Anonymous Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well. - 1/5 — Anonymous If I could give 0 stars I would. Todd and his team are incapable of professional work. I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys?? The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing. Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him. The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done. The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too. Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review.
