Andrew worked with us to design our project, His suggestions, along with the Trex Deck products, were extremely helpful. His crew began on 2 short days notice, and completed the entire job in two extremely hot, summer days! Everyone was so professional and it is such an incredible finished product, even better than anticipated! We have used many contractors throughout the years and we have never been more impressed. We first filled out an interest form on-line, we didn't have high expectations on receiving a call back, and we went on with our day, by the end of the day we received a phone call from Andrew. He was willing to listen and he understood what our vision was for our dream backyard. He was able to work within the budget we had put together for this project. We scheduled a start date and it was really that easy. Andrew, Caleb and their team showed up on time, and were completely professional and communicative throughout the whole project. Their workmanship is above and beyond what we could have imagined. When they came across a challenge, they were able to problem solve with their experience and expertise. With that said before any decisions were made as far as design and layout they would call us to make sure that we were all on the same page. Craftsmanship was superior. As we reside in Avondale AZ in Garden Lakes Estates on the waterfront, we wanted a beautiful statement to blend with the water, with the surroundings and with pure quality and longevity. We knew we wanted Trex. Andrew also stepped in as a resource to our Garden Lakes HOA Architectural Committee to answer any questions if needed for approval. They came and measured, provided all renderings and product detail as requested for HOA approval. Approval occurred without a hitch timely. He provided consultations suggesting a contrasting border.
