And he did it with no tear-down and the absolute minimum number of new access holes in our lath and plaster walls. Every time we came up against something new and unexpected (and if you rewire an old house, this will happen often), Yoshi took the time to talk through the options and tradeoffs with zero sales pressure. It was a huge relief for us since we are so used to working with contractors who push aggressively for up-sells. It made us feel confident that we were picking the right solution every time.
