The whole process was easy and the service was smooth from start to finish. Our technician, Dominic, was awesome- on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time checking everything, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was working before he left. You can tell he cares about doing the job right. Brandon Hooked me up up with Hardy Heating. They were totally booked up with jobs but they squeeze me in the time slot to the job two get it done so I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks out they went above and beyond to put in my Natural Gas pipe from the meter to my Generac on the other side of the house which was 60 ft. and the the gas line that was in my house going from the meter the small heater on my garage and the heater for my home and my stove was all natural gas they had to take out the gas line because it was too small because of installing the Generac generator and that was unexpected. That's why they went above and beyond to get the job done I believe they got at my house at 4:00 p.m. and left at 8:30 p.m. thank you so much and then some again you went Above and Beyond I'll use you guys from now on. And I'll recommend you to everybody that I know and even people that I don't know. God bless amen be safe . P.
