I've had only a handful of good experiences with the customer service. One of the times I was trying to get replacement screws for my license plate and the first person I spoke to couldn't understand what I was asking for no matter how many times I tried to explain it. Then someone who I think was in management gave me the wrong screws. Had to come back in 5 mins later and return them. Then I was trying to ask if they could have someone else help me find the correct ones and all the guy did was continuously talk over me and repeat what aisle the screws were in.
