Communication was excellent and scheduling was quick as I caught him at a good time. Alex was always on time and very professional. He handled several projects for me, including smoothing out poorly done drywall patches, closing up the interior wall where a wall A/C unit had been removed, fixing three interior doors that wouldn’t close properly, and finishing the entryway floor where the laminate had not been completed. He also added molding, installed a bullnose metal edge at the top step to prevent tripping, installed trim along the half wall by the stairs in my raised ranch, and did additional caulking around the entry door and stair molding. The finished work looks awesome — the walls are smooth, the doors finally close properly, and everything looks clean and well done. He was very respectful of my home, kept things tidy, and cleaned up after himself. The noise was exactly what you’d expect for this type of work and never an issue. What really stood out to me was that Alex explained what he was doing as he worked and even gave helpful tips on how to do things the right way or what to keep an eye on. I really appreciated that. His pricing was very fair for the quality of work. On top of all that, Alex is very personable and easy to talk to — I got a good vibe from him right from our first meeting.
