Communicative, affordable and did an amazing job fixing three sides of my bay windowsill with new pressure treated wood. They came and gave me a very fair appraisal of what needed to be done and the cost. I also showed him other things I was concerned about as far as other pieces of wood. He incorporated those into the estimate and took care of those at the same to my delight. Further, I asked about a few other things that needed attention but not necessarily needing to be done immediately He gave me a separate quote for that as well. This work will be done this summer as well. He recognized me from a previous job he had done at our house, excellent memory, his work was excellent that time as well. The gentleman who came to do the work was punctual, professional, and very capable, as well as meticulously neat. We also had the staircase to the deck Trexed and some siding that also was rotting due to water damage over the years (and some woodpeckers to help out). All was repaired perfectly, within the specified time limits and for a reasonable price. We had three bids -- one was slightly lower and one was double the Mason's bid for the same work. We went with Handyman Mason because he evaluated the problems and told us what he could about costs (some of the water damage was hidden and he said that there could be some add-ons when he could evaluate the problems properly. There were add-ons but they were reasonable and explained as we went along. Clebber (The Handyman Mason) and his crew were professional and worked hard to finish the project properly AND they cleaned up! What more could you ask for?
