Chernet and Drew assessed the problem quickly. They were polite, professional, and very efficient. Chernet communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress of obtaining a part from a supplier who was closed for the holiday. Drew arrived late afternoon and quickly installed the part and gave my furnace a quick cleaning of some key parts.
