  Called the company on Monday and their pricing was very comparable to other companies in the area. They were able to come out two days later for basic septic tank pumping. Chad had great communication about when he would arrive. Came out and did an excellent job. He was very informative as we just moved in and did not know anything about our specific system. He took the time to answer all my questions, make recommendations, and had a great customer service attitude. We will be using Halls in the future for our septic services.

  Very professional folks work here,  period. When they speak to you they're telling you that you just hired the best in the business.  From the front desk to the service that you NEED, these folks are trustworthy in getting your needs met, Chad gave a courtesy call on time, clean as they can make it cleanning out our septic tank, driving onto your yard. Flat out no holds barred they'll give you GREAT customer service without an attitude even with ALL my new customer questions at a good fair price for doing what you can't or don't wanna do. I found my tank by being informed that you can save money by digging/finding the lids up yourself,  when does a company inform a customer that you can help yourself and them out too, so they can be on their way to the next customer in their workday that could be you !!!!
I recommend Hall's septic service to anyone,  Chad was professional from the courtesy call to the time he had accomplished the task at hand !!!!!
