Garrett was very responsive, professional, great with communication and wonderful to work with. They did a great job, showed up on time each day, cleaned up the debris and the fence looks amazing! The pricing was reasonable and they were super good at keeping the existing fence up so my dogs were safe until the new fence was complete. Hall Fence was able to work with multiple homeowners to come up with an acceptable solution and deliver the project on time within the quoted price. We appreciate them going the extra mile for us and our neighbors! - 1/5 — Anonymous Unfortunately, I can't speak on their work because getting them to do the actual said work was too difficult. I will say that after getting the run around for over two months, I had to bow out. I was beyond considerate and even pointed out several times that if they were too busy to come do our fencing job (just replace the back and add side gates) that there would be no problem, and to just let me know so I could make other plans. However, I was reassured that he would get back to me with scheduling ASAP (which would always take at least 3-4 days to respond) and we finally got scheduled for December. Two days before I got a text saying canceling (he said it was supposed to snow and that the team would be taking the next two weeks off for the holidays, but got be rescheduled for the first week in January) - again, completely reasonable, so no problem. One day before installation (it was supposed to snow), I still hadn't heard anything so I texted to check in on status since he canceled last time for the snow and silence. I called and left a voicemail, and was met with silence. I heard back over a week later (they said it was an emergency) and still showed grace - telling them no problem, I had been sick too, and things happen so let's get scheduled. I was told that he'd text me the schedule that afternoon, but two weeks later I still hadn't received anything. I texted him and again, said no hard feelings if the team was too busy to do our fence, but to please let me know so I could get someone else. Silence. I had reached the tipping point. Three days later I got a text that said he realized his text never got sent to me. But, that in two weeks he could have someone out. At that point, I had completely lost patience and opted to find a new vendor. If he was this difficult responding to very simple text, how would his company be at actually showing up and doing the work? It's very frustrating that I have to now restart the search after being strung along for literal months, but the customer experience that I had wasn't looking promising to continue the journey. - 2/5 — Anonymous I contacted them to do a fence in my back yard. Once they got started, it went quick and looked great. Unfortunately they left large gaps where the fence backs meets up to the house and the dogs could still get out.
