Because my allergies have been worse he added another device to help keep mold from the handler go into the ducts. He also cleaned and disinfected our mini split including thoroughly cleaning around the entire unit because it was quite dirty. He went the extra mile and spent a lot of time getting our system in tip top shape and to remediate anything that could exacerbate my allergies. He also is putting in a referral at the office to have our ducts thoroughly cleaned. Gulf Coast has by far the best customer service and caring technicians. I highly recommend the entire company. About 2 years ago they replaced our whole hvac system and installed the mini split including our large metal building.
