He went into the crawl space beneath the house, carefully traced the line, and isolated the approximate location of the problem. Throughout the entire process he worked diligently, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood the situation and repair options. His communication and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being handled correctly.
