  Greenleaf came out 3 months later than scheduled citing weather. Substituted several "like" bushes/plants, which I'm certain is because they sold out of what we were supposed to have over those 3 months. Their workers made a number of mistakes during the installation because they were unsupervised and seemed to be given little to no instructions Andrew who oversees installations. At one point Andrew told another contractor my wife complains a lot when he had to come out because we pointed out a mistake. He denied he had said this to our contractor, who has worked for us a long time, and said the guy just lied and made that up. We realized 2 weeks ago that several plants they plants in stone areas were never planted in dirt but just stuck in the stone. The pictures here illustrate how ridiculous this is! We contacted Greenleaf immediately. We were told they would put us on the schedule right away to come out. We've followed up but still have not heard anything from Andrew or the company about addressing this serious issue. When these plants all die it will be interesting to see if they stand up to their commitment of the guarantee on the plants. I have my doubts.

  After recent completion of our new home build, we contacted Greenleaf Landscaping.  We wanted to tackle the exterior in a two-phase approach. Our immediate priorities were retaining walls, walkways, and grass seed. Phase 2 will come later to handle the flower beds and plantings. The Greenleaf crew did an excellent job understanding our vision and putting it into reality. They were very thorough with the work completed, were timely, and communicated well with us. We are so pleased with the work completed and can’t wait for phase 2!

  I called Greenleaf and Gina came out and met with me. From the start of my Landscaping job to the finish, everything was flawless. I was highly overwhelmed with over growth, old plants and wanted something low maintenance. She explained the process and what needed to be done to get where I wanted with low maintenance plants. She even answered texts well after business hours. The guys that did my job were professional and Andrew called and scheduled everything promptly and was able to answer my questions. I am so happy when I pull in my driveway now. It makes me feel good just seeing how nice everything looks.

  The team at Greenleaf are very pleasant to be around.  Hard workers with a exceptional work ethic.  My lawn looks great. Very well priced for the service . They get a A++ in my book.

  Ghosted me for weeks, installed the wrong type of tree I asked for. Gave me some bs “these do better” to avoid admitting it

Update:
4/21: Signed the proposal. Was told they would talk to scheduling.
5/19: Heard absolutely nothing from them.  Emailed sayings it been nearly a month, haven't heard anything from you, not even confirmation on signing. (aka ghosted)
5/29: (After following up again), told they are delayed.
6/4: Planted a very different spruce, after stressing I want it to be the same type as the other two. Told "these do better" and "you'll probably have to replace the other two soon anyway". (Other 2 are still going strong)

If you read their response below, you’ll notice they don’t acknowledge planting the wrong tree or the long lapses in communication. That kind of refusal to take responsibility sums up my experience with them
