Called during what I thought was a busy season to get an annual tune up and they got me right in. Justin showed up on time in the middle of a snowstorm and came in and tweaked the furnace, ran all the tests and finished up in record time. I reached out to them as a new customer leaving a message on the weekend. First thing Monday morning they reached out and sent a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional technician within hours. Despite us both acknowledging the age of our boiler and its likely inevitable retirement, he thoroughly assessed the potential of repair vs jumping to a costly new boiler. Natural gas leak is what prompted my call with hopes of a leaky gasket, but he discovered corrosion through the body of the boiler. He was patient with my questions and curiosities. Despite the ideal boiler not being on hand they somehow obtained one by the next day and had it fully installed within 36 hours of our first call! This is on top of it being immediately after a holiday weekend. What further impressed me was how they managed my call the next day. There was a lockout that occurred the first evening and appeared to resolve/run smooth after a quick reset. This was likely a new system glitch, but I had many theories it could be… the owner called to review the lockout and they sent someone out again. He was again patient, respectful, and thorough in reviewing the system was fully and appropriately functioning as well as reviewing quality installation from his colleagues. I love learning and trying to better understand home repairs/systems… and they took the time for me to gather a sense of understanding and learning the “why” behind things.
