The whole team including Rob, Cord and Gene were great to work with. They handled all the work with the city to ensure I would get the rebate which made things super easy. The work itself was done professionally and extremely clean. This team is professional & efficient, they were in and out in two days. They worked super clean and were conscious of the environment around them. This is a small business with a family like structure, most of the team has been there many years and that's what you wanna see. The job was completed in late September and I noticed immediate results, in the hottest of days my AC would cool faster and cycle less. During that last two freezing weather events the heater cycles less and maintains its temp. Adam Eastberg was prompt, called in advance of his arrival and listened to my concerns about several of the trouble spots we had along with areas of the house we were losing temperature. Also had them review our AC distribution flow and vents, along with the vent plates throughout the house. Adam was kind enough to break out all elements of the job to fit our budget and explain what work needed to be done, materials used and time/labor. He even drew out our current vent and distribution flow and explained what the new flow would look like to better serve our house. Green Collar was quick to get the work scheduled, showed up on time and promptly completed the work on our house. Upon completion the business owner came to our house to review the work to ensure it was done to the highest standard. Was very impressed by the quality of work, the competency of the explanation. This group was a pleasure to work with and I only wish that more contractors operated the way this team does.
