We are a bit out of GLLD’s service area, however, they were gracious when they realized what I was requesting assistance with. We had a few bumps along the way as you can run into when you don’t have X-ray vision to see what is underground, and with lighting it turns into a day & after dusk job. All at GLLD that I interacted with personally made a point to make sure they worked with me to come to a good end result that we, the customer, was expecting from the beginning and what they believe as a company they should deliver. Steve & Hector were the main boots on the ground I worked with, and their years of experience and knowledge made the additions, changes, and corrections to the landscape lighting much better than it was previously. I appreciate their dedication to customer service & their depth of knowledge & experience.
