Tech came in stinking so strongly of cigarettes I could smell it after he left. He spent 20 minutes on my furnace tune up and just said “everything looks good” on the way out. Scheduling was a breeze, and when she called with an opportunity to move up the date became available, they were there, bright and early. The installation crew was extraordinarily professional. Over 6 or 7 hours, they removed the old hulk of a furnace and installed the new one. The craftsmanship and detail they demonstrated was consistently first rate. Every installation needs to be custom. They also endured my questions with good grace and smiles.
