Jef was super friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. He immediately put booties on before coming inside (which I always appreciate) and took the time to take photos and walk me through everything he was seeing. I had a lot of questions about upkeep and preventative maintenance since some of our equipment is aging, and he explained everything clearly without any pressure. Their annual membership is also very reasonably priced and makes ongoing maintenance simple. He taught me which filters I needed and why.He explained how to maintain vents in a safe manner and different things to look for in my older home that are starting to wear out. I was able to comfortably ask any and all questions and received honest feedback and support in what directions to take going forward towards a successful change in my home. He got access to the furnace and took pictures of furnace and fix a lot of what I concerned of the furnace. He works thoroughly in the attic and cleaned up after the service is done. Due to the fact that the system is nearly 20 years old, the furnace is getting near to the end of its life cycle, I was highly recommended to replace into a new system with several options, but I declined the offer.
