Both times Zach came out and did a free estimates. Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly, up front about cost and even took the time to talk about things over the phone. Morning of install one of the new coils for the heat pump system were not available or not in-stock. Go green went the extra mile and made sure to get it for me that day. I think the installer told me they drove from Arvada to Pueblo to get one. Both installers were friendly and did a great job. They took the time to explain how the system was installed, operated and checked in at each part of the install. John explained every thing as he went along, giving me tips about maintenance and showing me how we could save money in more than one way. They replaced a part, checked everything out including our humidifier. I will say the last time we had our furnace, by another company, they didn't talk to me about any of the things that John did.
